Paulson & Nace, PLLC, Named to Tier 1 Status in the 2017 Edition of Best Law Firms
Paulson & Nace, PLLC, is proud to announce that we have been awarded a “Best Law Firms” Tier 1 Status for our work in Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation, by U.S. News – Best Lawyers for 2017. Attorneys Barry J. Nace and Christopher T. Nace have also been selected for the 23rd edition of Best Lawyers in America®.
Best Lawyers is the most comprehensive objective review service in the world. This year, Best Lawyers evaluated more than 7.3 million nominations to their list. Founded in 1983, the organization relied on peer-review surveys as its primary method for compiling its initial data. An attorney cannot pay a fee to participate, and nominees who meet eligibility must continue to do so each year to be included.
If a firm has at least one attorney who has made the Best Lawyers list, then that firm can be considered for selection in its list of Best Law Firms. Those firms are then evaluated by peers and clients. This year, 13,044 firms practicing in 74 areas of law, across 122 regions, were included.
Why Tier One status matters
Because so many attorneys are initially nominated each year, simply being named to the list of Best Law Firms is an accomplishment. However, a Tier 1 designation indicates that the firm has earned among the highest scores during its evaluation. Paulson & Nace earned Tier 1 status for two areas of law – medical malpractice and personal injury – because our team is widely-recognized for its commitment to its clients, its dedication to the highest ethical standards, and its ability to take on complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Of course, as both Barry Nace and Chris Nace have been named to the Best Lawyers list for many years, this should come as no surprise. We have always valued hard work and perseverance, and we will continue to fight for our clients for years to come.
